💬 Refund & Return Policy

Effective for international orders (excluding Taiwan).

📦 Return Eligibility

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused and undamaged.

  • The product is returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

  • You have a valid proof of purchase.

  • The order was placed through the Femobook official store (for third-party channels, please contact the respective seller).

Femobook reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

💰 Refund Policy

We offer different refund arrangements depending on the return scenario:

1. Cancellation Before Shipping

  • You will receive a full refund, including both the product price and shipping fees.

2. Return Within 7 Days (Unused & Undamaged)

  • We will deduct the round-trip shipping fees (original shipping + return shipping) and processing fees from your refund.

  • Example:

    • Product: USD $799

    • Original Shipping: USD $120

    • Return Shipping: Please contact customer service to confirm the cost.

    • Refund Amount = $919 (Total) – $120 (Original Shipping) – Return Shipping Fee – Processing Fee

3. Return After 7 Days

  • You will be refunded 80% of the product value, minus the round-trip shipping fees and processing fees.

  • Example:

    • Product: USD $799 × 0.8 = USD $639.20

    • Refund Amount = $639.20 – Round-trip Shipping Fees – Processing Fee

⚠️ Note: Used, damaged, or incomplete items will not be accepted for return or refund.

🔁 Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace your item, please contact our customer service first for assistance.

📦 Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • We will provide a shipping label.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Actual processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

🧾 Customs & Import Duties

The A68 is manufactured in Taiwan, while the A5, A4Z, A3, and A2 models are made in China. All models are shipped from Taiwan. If import duties are incurred during customs clearance and you decide to return the item, we will deduct all related shipping costs from your refund.

💱 Currency Notice

All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Femobook is not responsible for any differences caused by foreign exchange rate fluctuations between the time of purchase and the time of refund.
